Our national business operates from a large head office in Mulgrave, with 20 employees on site including a warehouse. We sell air filters and air filtration solutions to industry, working with large projects and companies supplying the HVAC industry, from office complexes to hospitals & laboratories. It is important to us our working environment and our surrounds are clean and tidy in keeping with our high standard of product and our company’s ethics.
Lister and his team from Peppermint Clean have been working for us for over 10 years as our cleaning contractor at our Melbourne Head Office, regularly cleaning on a weekly basis and doing extra works throughout the inside and outside of the building over the year to ensure the premises looks it’s best. He has also managed a number of specific cleaning jobs after renovations were made and to ensure our floors and surfaces in the kitchen were protected.

Peppermint Clean’s weekly clean makes our working environment a pleasant place to be, with staff secure in the knowledge we work in a clean and healthy environment. Any unusual spill or mess is always carefully attended to and Monday mornings the whole office smells and looks clean and inviting. On occasion during the year we have scheduled window cleaning and carpet cleaning in line with visits from important persons and Lister has always delivered great work in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost.

Long term maintenance to the property has been recommended by Lister and we have been very pleased with the longevity of the works and how well this has improved the quality of our environs. We have had our linoleum floor in the kitchen coated to ensure it stays cleaner for longer and we have had our carpets cleaned and treated to maintain them looking as new as when we laid them.
Lister’s team works efficiently and diligently whilst our offices are closed with no negative impact on our daily work. Lister works with our security company to ensure our offices are safe and the team is very mindful of our delicate equipment and it is taken good care of, including our servers. His team have always taken great care with their work and we have never had any issues.

On occasion we have had emergencies due to damage and accident and Lister has always been very quick to help rectify our issues and provide a solution. He has been of great assistance in working with us to find a solution to any cleaning problem we have had and always been very helpful to ensure we could meet our dead-lines.
I would recommend Peppermint Clean’s services to anyone for a cleaning team that can help with any of the regular cleaning required or with any other bigger projects too. They are competent and careful and diligent in their work and a trust-worthy and reliable company. Lister’s kind attention to detail is always greatly appreciated.
